misunderstanding of animal whispers?
Hello Valheim players

I have a question.

There is an item called Brew of Animal Whispers. After reading the description of the item, I thought that if I use this item, wild animals will not run away or attack.

However, even if I use the item and walk In walking mode towards the animals, the deer run away, and the boar and rocks attack. In other words, nothing changed from when I don't use the item.

I thought it was a bug, but it doesn't seem to be on the bug list.

Is this an unknown bug?
Or am I misunderstanding how to use the item or its effects?

I play without looking at walkthroughs or wikis, so please don't write the correct answer if it's my misunderstanding.

It speeds up domesticating/taming.
