Any way to see which items have been created already?

Like when making an item the first time, a "new item" popup appears, but is there a list somewhere that shows all the items that have been created, or is there an indication on the crafting menus if an item has been crafted once or not?

No. Not sure why you would want such a thing since there are items that you have to craft multiples of like foods, meads, and arrows.

Since you need to have obtained 1 of each item in a recipe to unlock it, and some items you can craft are components for other things you can craft, it'd be useful to see if there's anything in the crafting menus that hasn't been crafted yet.

I can see that, but its what I use the wiki for when I can't remember the requirements for items. What's in the list? Bronze nails, iron nails, and grind stone? The first thing I make with bronze is nails for the Karve, with iron, nails for the long boat. That leaves me remembering what I need for the grindstone.

there are a bunch of them... after the nails you got the springs and plates and all for the ashlands boat, ballista, etc. The stuff you can make on the artisan table.

As a workaround you could craft one of each item and put it in a chest. If an item isn´t in the chest you haven´t crafted it yet.

Probably not exactly what you're asking, but press enter and type /stats
It will show a list of player related things among which - the total number of items crafted and number f upgrades made up to that point.

Alternatively open the message log (tab -> raven icon -> second item on the list) when you get a “first time” message and copy and paste it into a text document?
