Poison resistance mead base is 10 honey, 5 thistle, 1 neck tail, and 10 coal. A single mead base will create six potions.
If you can't craft it, did you have the mead kettil build? If not, that should be a priority, as meads will become more important the further you get into the game.
Also, why ask here?
You might as well enable dev-commands and spawn the mead in.
Which is even easier as crafting it.
Except you won't learn much of the mechanics, but that's not my problem.

You really should learn to make meads, though. You can fight the system but its best to just make the stuff as poison resist helps against the mistlands boss too, fire resist helps multiple places esp ashlands and plains boss. Healing and stamina never go out of style. Having a bit of frost resist helps too, for all of the mountains and also if you encounter anything later than shoots frost at you (you will). Mead is not quite as big a deal as food, but its a key mechanic in the game.
But yea, the trick to defeating the Bonemass is the poison resistance effect. With it, killing the thing changes from apparently impossible to outright trivial. You still have to pump some 2000 fire arrows into it, sure, but now you won't die while doing it.
My apologies for the off-topic.
