it is also quite common to find 10 or so red shrooms in one small area, just a little bit of scouting should reveal 2 or 3 spots like that, and its enough for 1. Groups need to work together on those.
Devs already said they won’t be adding berry planting so if you aren’t going to mod then you’ll have to live with it.
Shameful behaviour IMO, clearly they dont bother playing their own game
There is no shameful behavior on the part of the developers. They have never stated any such thing, so they cannot be held accountable for something they never promised.
If you want this feature to be added, make a suggestion, although there is no guarantee they will add it.
They have most definitely stated that they don’t want to allow people to plant bushes so that you must explore and forage the meadows/forest/plains for them. It seems very unlikely that this is gonna change
But half the fun is going out to forage. You can mark particularly big groups of berries and mushrooms as they do "regrow" after a few game days so you can get back to them.
