can't find 2 start ashvin
I wasted a lot of time, killed a lot of ashvins during nights, but haven't even seen one, what possibly can go wrong?

what am I doing:
1) took down a fortress, build small base inside with teleport
2) waste day in black forest
3) waste night roaming around fortress and killing ~10-20 ashvins during a night
4) repeat again and again ...

Pretty rare.

I feel that. Been about 10 nights straight so far, over 3 different fortresses, roaming around, going from one fort to another (towards my trap, but it will still be a run, in case they only spawn when you cross a new spawn zone), and fighting everything and they just come and die, seen about 20 1 stars but never a 2 star.

Think RNG is just kicking my ass or laughing at me
Played the Ashlands PTB, lived in one of the forts, roamed every night for 2 weeks. Never seen a 2 star Asksvin.
Then Ashlands went live and people said turn up the difficulty to have a chance for them to spawn as 2 stars. So I did a hard coop playthrough with a friend. We roamed every night, filled endless chests with Asksvin materials, never seen 2 star.
After Bogwitch update we again did coop and spent almost every night out in Ashlands (new map) looking. This was the already nerfed Ashlands.
So far I only saw them on the wiki and people using console commands to spawn them.
Over 200 hours in Ashlands alone I never saw one, across 3 seeds and on hard difficulty with coop.
As per usual devs have no comment.

Well it's just RNG, find a "zone" with 2-3-4 roaming asksvins and keep killing during night, I think difficulty also matters, not sure if its 100% confirmed (I'm only playing on very hard solo and 2p coop, so Ive seen 2* several times).
Decided to make asksvins farm last playthrough, used my Fader arena as "outpost" + had several asksvins spawns/patrols around, so spend like 10 nights to find 2* once again and the math checks out, prolly above average luck, but 10-20 nights to find one should be what ppl should expect.
