Yellow Mushrooms
You know, for the sheer amount you can find, they're really not used in a lot of recipes and the recipes they are used in don't call for a lot of them. I think they might be the third-most common wild resource in the game after wood and stone. Maybe resin beats it out? But at least wood, stone, and resin are constantly used for crafting items or buildings, or used as fuel for torches and sconces and stuff.

Can we make these a part of more recipes, just so that I'm not constantly ignoring them?

I'm in Mistlands and can't think of any time I've bothered with yellow mushrooms. I wouldn't say they're rare either. Any time you go underground they're everywhere. Based on what I've heard stamina potions are a must for the queen, but that's still the second to last boss in the game before they have a point. Sounds like using them for base stuff makes sense, but that's purely cosmetic after all.

Yep and they also respawn so no need for a mod for those who prefer vanilla. Just revisit those burial chambers in the darkforest or crypts in the swamps and grab all those mushrooms.

The sheer amount yes. My brother and I started to fill the dungeons chests with yellow mushroom every time we reload or revisit and they are regrown. Unless i was to execute a command, I do not think that they will disappear and the dungeon probably will not just get up and refresh on us either. Sound like a good idea to farm & store them, or what?

Yeah stamina meads are basically useless. Once every 2 minutes at most, for a high cost, you can get back stamina equivalent to just not attacking for a couple seconds. For something like fishing I could see the use since you can't regen stamina while reeling in a fish, but for combat by the time you'd even think to use them you don't need them anymore one way or the other.

If you could chug potions without a cooldown, I could see using Stamina meads as a very resource intensive way to blitz down encounters. As essentially a 1-off it's just not going to make much difference in the scheme of things.

the devs slowly seem to go back and add uses for underused stuff. But its very, very slow, like they finally added uses for bone frags in mistland update. So keep a box of them, then stop gathering, just like everything else you get too much of like dwarf eyes (they added a use for those too, but nothing really works beyond not picking them up).

I think the same thing... except for swimming, because stamina doesn't regen.

I like to place one on a stand at the end of each dock. both as a marker and they keep the boars and greylings form attacking your boat. don't do much to stop Fulings though
