Change hair and skin color?

Just wondering since I like to change these stuff from time-to-time. :)

not in the Vanilla game.

But if you are OK with mods there is
https://valheim.thunderstore.io/package/aedenthornCharacterEdit/CharacterEditButton/
which will add an Edit button to teh character selection screen. It lets you change any and all character settings, name, gender, hair, etc. I've got this one installed and never had any issues related to it.
NOTE, you don't actually need the configuration editor mod that the page above says is required, it just makes managing mods easier but is not essential.

If you don't want to go the mod route there are websites you can upload your character file to and make your edits there. I have not used any of those so I can not recommend one.

Remember to practice safe moding and make a backup of your character and worlds before using a mod.
