There's a similar one from the same maintainer, but hasn't been updated in over 2 years. Mind you, this one also hasn't been updated in a year, so it might have issues with the current game version. Use at your own risk.
For managing mods from Thunderstore (because Thunderstore's own manager is neither maintained or distributed by themselves):

go back to main and teleport.
go the second ary and grab the ore

target portal is one of the best as well, no more connecting portals, place portal where you want, when you enter the map pulls up and you can just click on where you have portals on the map, can label them as well
too much time? this MIGHT take you a few minutes.. IF a person doesn't want to go through the trouble of getting a mod.. this is a completely viable/broken way to teleport items.
