Stone Oven Broken?

Is there some magical oven mitt needed to remove cooked items? Because once something is in the oven there is no option to remove. Either it's broken or, I'm missing something. Heads up though, there may be an issue baking bread and pies.

I have no problem cooking in the oven. You add up to 4 items and wait like 30 secs. There is a puffing sound and some smoke come out. You then hit the "E" key to remove the 4 baked items. Same concept as cooking/removing meat from the cooking station.

This is a dumb comment.. My original statement says "COOKED" items.. So... DUH clearly I had added wood since the COOKED items could not be removed.

The "E" option to remove a cooked item is not appearing for me, THIS is my problem

try breaking the oven, rebuild it and try again

I also can't seem to remove bread from the oven. I've rebuilt it several times, placed it in several locations in my base, just ends up burning and staying as a lump of coal inside the oven. There's a couple areas left that I haven't tried yet in my base. I'll test after I post this.

Yeah, we know. Problem is people with this problem can't remove the bread. It goes in, it cooks, it can't be removed.

Then the most important question is if you use mods
And the first thing to do is validate the game files with steam

The light is very bright as in steam after the bread is baked maybe OP cant see the E to pick up bread.
Is this your problem Daegda I just hit E to grab it blindly.
