Gravestone disappeared.

Hello, i have been playing with friends on a server that I am not hosting. I managed to somehow have my gravestone disappear after i died and i havent been able to retrieve any of my very expensive items. Has anyone found a way of fixing this yet?

As in it doesn’t exist on the spot you died, or that you lost the marker on the map? Multiple deaths will remove the marker but the actual items should still be there.

Ya you need to remember where your first death was or mark it on the map.

Your map marker will only show your most recent death, but all your graves should remain permanently where you died until it's been looted. If it's actually gone, someone took your stuff.

Happen to me aswel, i was really mad, but use those commands to get all back and continue my vikings adventure like nothing happen

This isn't true. The grave marker can fall through the ground or just vanish all together. Playing on a sever with a few people all in the same equivalent gear and I had to personally dig a friends body out from under some rock. I died in a very similar spot except I wasnt underneath ground that could be dug through.

What command specifically? When your gravestone fell to the floor on a multiplayerserver? I could'nt find anything to help to get the stuff back.

I can confirm there is a bug where your gravestone gets deleted somehow. It has happened twice to one of us(same guy unfortunately). The first time, he was the only one who witnessed it but last night it happened again when he got killed by a wolf, all 6 of us saw his tombstone spawn and as soon as he came back through the portal to retrieve it, it just despawned. He tried relogging, dying again, we reset the server, nothing brought it back and nobody had looted it.

I don't have the slightest clue what causes it, the first time was in the Plains for him and the second was in the Mountains.

There isn’t one to restore your gravestone or anything. You just have to use the item spawn command and get your items back that way. One by one, sometimes by giving yourself the raw materials to craft them again.

there should be a gear marker and a death marker ,, 2 hours running around dying losing gear i dont know which of the many death markers has gear and this game is a enough grind as it is
