Headache while playing

I have occasionally gotten motion sick from games before mainly from fps games before but playing valheim gives me a pounding headache after playing for about 15 minutes. I've played around with some of the graphic settings but to no avail. Is anyone else having these issues? Does anyone know a possible solution?

Turn off all of the graphics settings with a little circle next to them. All of them.

Turn off Chromatic Aberration. It's the fuzzy look, also turn off motion blur which is the smoothing blur look when you turn to fast. I get headaches as well and clearing these two options usually takes care of any headaches and motion sickness.

Also make sure you have a gaming system with enough graphics 'power' to give you smooth frame rate hopefully approaching and staying within at least 40 to 60 fps. See below for many other suggestions.
