Station is too exposed

Hello, I just bought Valheim and I am struggling with getting my workbench working. It says too exposed. I think it looks alright. Can someone help me?

put sides around it on the left and right too, it needs, left, right, back and roof covering at minimum Ive found.

Im having the same issue...I have a 3 sided structure with a roof (yes roof, not floor). Even built the wall X2 high and roof is (appears) as needed. Watching some YT vids and they have far less of a structure and its working.

Did you add the walls on the block the workbench is on? If you place it too far, it will not work.

Ok, got it..The roof must extend very much OVER the structure to be considered ok.

I built the exact same forge setup that I have literally across the river at my main base (I'm about to terraform a canal) and it's saying the station is too exposed ???

Figured out a way to get it to work, just had to find the right place on the floor lol
