Or build bigger ships like the longboat, which has a lot of slots too
For stuff like mining etc, I also often use a cart and being kinda happy with it. But for exploration it often feels very anoying, especially if you want to fight.
So yes, I would like to see a backpack for another inventory row at bronze/iron tier. Besides that, some extra slots for worn equipment (at least the 4 armor parts) would also really help.
Facts!!!!
Except they probably did and they were made out of wood.
I do like the idea of making pack to allow you to carry more things but tbh it should have a drawback to it the game is too generous as it is.
However even if you do have a few more slots to carry things you are still limited by your max weight.
Perhaps have it be in the same slot that the belt and wishbone has?
but how do you solve someone filling all slots and then unequipping the bag?
You have it as a bonus on your character inventory page, items placed in that row are in the backpack. When taken off the items remain inside it. Don't think it should even add any weight either myself, just inventory slots.
Just one row wouldn't make chests obselete either since they offer two rows for 10 wood.
Some leather + bronze/iron for crafting, weight like 5, maybe 10, provides 1 additional row in inventory. A possible option would also be making one that provides a half row and a better one for a full row.
