Gotta say, the ability to craft 5 food items per click or a 100 arrows all at once is something ive been missing for a while. Most of the QoL changes have been needed since forever.
They need to stop ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around and put this in the game not hidden behind some clunky ass console command. DEVS NEED TO FOCUS ON QOL
There is a feast for every biome except possibly Ashlands (I have not killed Fader, that may be an unlock prereq)
Each feast uses an herb that must be bought from the witch, plus several biome specific meals.
Each feast can be eaten 10 times, and are "balanced" foods lasting 50 Min. (yes 50)
Biome Health Stamina Etir Regen
Meadows 35 35 0 2
B. Forest 35 35 0 3
Swamp 35 35 0 3
Mountain 45 45 0 3
Plains 55 55 0 4
Mistlands 65 65 33 5
Eating the top 3 feasts gives you 190 health, 200 stamina 33 ertr max for 50 min.
quick general advice:
When you find the witch, only buy 1 serving tray. It can be repaired and reused easily.
The brooms can go hostile, and can drop trophies.
Currently there are some serious exploits/bugs in the public test:
In my game, picking up crops (including stones or branches on the ground) does not cause the item to despawn, so you can infinitely farm your crops. (and max farming skill)
Also, you can train cooking by putting raw food in an oven... Or trying to put raw food in an oven that is currently full. This works even if there is no fire in the oven, giving you a way to exploit-train cooking up as long as you have raids turned off... Load an oven up with raw food but no wood, have at least one piece of raw food in your inventory, weight down the "E" key on your keyboard while looking at the oven, make sure the yellow text "There is no room" is displaying and not fading away, come back in a few hours to max cooking skill.
The new meads. Some of them look amazing. especially the deathsquito repellent!
Anyone knows what does the love mead do?
I dont exactly get this table. Regen of what? All of those stats are on top of regular food?
They probably mean per-tick HP regen rate
No clue what the love mead does yet. I haven't tried it.
The feasts are regular food. They use one of your food slots. They are balanced food types, so you'll never get the highest possible health or stamina, but a good mix of both. on the up side, the 50 min duration lets you leave other food at home when you leave for a day trip. Even if you get caught overnight you should still have time to get home without other food. Thus you have 3 extra inventory spots to play with.
The downside of feasts is that they have to be set at a table, and so cannot be easily carried out of the base.
The regen is health per tick, like normal food.
Sorry about the table formatting, steam ignored my careful spacing.
Yeap, HP per tick, like the same as for every food.
Also there is an Ashland one, which gives 75 HP/Stamina, 38 Eitr and 6 HP/tick
...a feast is basically one super food? So i can have a feast active AND 2 other food types? Meaning i still need to carry 2 food types, for example for eitr? If so, leaving your 2 other food slots open when leaving for a longer trip by not taking any food to save slots is kinda, well "wasteful". What am i missing? Thx for sharing btw.
