Public test feedback =)
I gotta say, this is promising.

I really like the new skills. No complaints about them.

One thing though. The barrels are great. They look great and adds detail for our home but they would be more useful if we could label/name them. All containers really, but I love the idea to sort food into barrels. =)

I would like to be able to stack the barrels, but other than that little detail, yes, they are great. Some bugs/exploits to fix though.

Actually a very good point, sir =) I am so used to chest not stacking that I never thought of that. =)

Does anyone else mentioned, that in the PTB rain seems to destroy / weather your buildings even when they got a proper roof. Makes a lot of work...

I actually found one odd weathered floor tile on the ground floor my base. I will investigate. You might be on to something. Must be a bug surely?

Edit: Indeed. Looking more closely, all blocks, even beds and such is taking damage when it rains even if it is under roof, and several floors.

Definitely a bug that needs reporting, then.

Question for those on ptb: how's the storage compare to a reg chest? Is it practical to use over them for certain reasons? And what's resource cost like?

Biggest reason to use them, is that they can hold the same as a normal chest, but take up only half the space.

Nice. Also they should be more vertical while chests are more horizontal so that gives opportunities for different layouts.

resource cost is normal wood and gold, as you have to buy the barrel hoops from Haldor.

When you say "normal chest", do you mean the small chest?

Barrels have more space than the first wooden chest. Also, they can be stacked, just require some building strategy- it’s pretty easy. Not quite as much space as a reinforced chest.

We can smith weapons and armor but not barrel hoops... marvelous.

That's right up there with not being able to smith chain.
