Hints on how to find the Bog Witch?

as for the hint, i have seen my spawns, be both right off the water and a bit deeper in the swamps.

I have an island with all 3 of them 2 of them are a few feet apart ( on the map ) then she is a short distance away from them.

I have a similar scenario with Haldor/Hildir being at the bottom of my large mainland and the witch being on an island a short distance away from them in the middle of this island.

I just found her and the detection range seemed quite large. She was quite deep in the swamp and I didn't even get that close to the edge, was mostly exploring the adjoining biome.
