It will finish early access. The devs are working steadily on their own time frame. They've said that the next Biome of Deep North will complete 1.0 and have already shown a teaser pic.

idk why some people dont like EA especially when devs continue working on game. I can understand it if devs abandoned game, but not when they make new stuff.

EA is a pure marketing device to convince people to drop their expectation of "finished game" and pitch in beforehand. There are released "non-EA" games that keep being developed and are as unstable as EA games. And there are a few EA games like Valheim that released at a remarkably high quality and mostly remain so. In my view if Valheim had released only with the original biomes plus a finisher boss I would have been content with that for a $30 game.

The slow implementation of content is what keeps me playing, honestly. I have an excuse to start over and experience the old content again, while trying new building ideas with the unique building system. Very nice for a game I spent so little on.
