Parts of Building loose their hp
fyi:I play on a dedicated server localy hosted.

Don't take into consideration probable missing pieces this is normal(not finish or strenght of building)

But as you can see on the picture some part of the building are very damaged, they are all at 0HP, they came alone or in cluster.

Did anyone saw this already?
Maybe it's a mechanism i don't know to mimic ruining of abandonned building(not totaly closed) for multiplayer immersion?
Or maybe a bug, is this a known issue?

It's a known issue. Happens when dedicated servers gets restarted, but clients who were on the server disconnect, and then they wait in main menu until reconnecting again. To avoid the issue, every time the server gets restarted, also restart your game. If you have Xbox friends playing on the server, tell them to close the game from the Xbox menu, every time the server gets restarted and every time they are done playing Valheim for the day.

I've another base literraly with the feet in water and i got no problem with hp, the only effect i see is a visual oxydation on mystland staircase wich is quite nice btw, but i build it quite close to the spawn so maybe they have a different rules applyed.

I though about lightning few time, I'll try to be vigilent on the next storm.

But it's not the first time and i have the feelign that happend between restart of server, but the building is very big so it's difficult to keep an eyes everywhere xD

Oh my bad they didn't get 0HP this time Oo
Hum very strange, some side by side with different amouint of hp.

that would lead more on the storm probability or ruin.

Rain and submersion in water will gradually wear down certain construction pieces to as low as 50%[valheim.fandom.com] unless covered by a roofing piece[valheim.fandom.com] (yes, having a roof magically protects against water from underneath!). Look at the various pieces on the Official Wiki[valheim.fandom.com] and the infobox will have an entry on whether or not it's affected by weathering ("Damaged by Rain?").
