Dev Commands

Ok so I ended up dying tonight and had not had chance to reset up my portal before I died as I was moving it when I got attacked.

Had to rebuild my boat just to get back there only to die to the same idiot monsters. Tired of building new boats so was just gonna teleport to the spot rather then go through the hassle again of building yet a 3rd boat.

I tried turning the Dev Consul on by adding

-console

to the launch commands in steam but when I go into the game and press F5 no consul comes up to enter commands.

So what do I need to do to activate the consul or has this been disabled recently??

Easier to go to world modifiers before starting the game, set enemies to passive, go get you stuff......turn off passive enemies..... and NEVER do it again :+)

I still use devcommands. If the black screen doesn't pop up, just press F5 again. It sometimes lags, otherwise it might have to do with your setup (server, OS, gear, etc.)

Thanks that idea worked. Don't normally like to cheat but was tired of building new gear due to these 2 stupid fuelings.

When all my gear dropped so did my belt and because of that hen I grabbed all my gear quick they would come in and pound on me while I was over weight and unable to move much.

But this idea worked thanks!!

Actually Soma's idea above worked fine it let me recover my gear as the 2 stupid fuelings were camping my gear. Couldn't get armored up and they kept taking me out before I could get set back up but Soma's idea resolved that

For the future, corpse run gives you more armor than the gear you were trying to wear. So you could have fought them off with just a weapon and a full belly.

For the future, corpse run gives you more armor than the gear you were trying to wear. So you could have fought them off with just a weapon and a full belly.

I had nearly 100 health the first time and the upper level fueling took me out in my armor and health in 1 shot. Never expected him to hit to hard as I have easily defeated them in the past as running at the moment with a black sword.

But no matter got my gear back and alls good again
