You've got mods installed. You'll either need to uninstall everything and play vanilla until the mods you use are updated, or you'll need to go into the Betas section of Valheim (library view, find and right-click Valheim and select "Properties," then "Betas") and select "default_old" to continue playing with the mods you use.

If you choose the latter option, do not update any mods nor Valheim itself until everything you want to use has been fixed for the current production patch.

Hi there, having the same issues here. Since the update only relies on some spawn rate fixes in the ashlands etc. it wouldn't consider any update for the Mod itself, or am I missing something? Thank you in advance! :TombJoe4:

It's always a good idea to assume any mods will be broken with a new official game version for any game you play. Onus is on mod authors to update, not on IG to ensure compatibility of the vanilla game with third-party modifications.

Be advised that today's update impacts more than spawn rates for some Ashlands enemies. Bug fixes related to magmafish, the fall animation glitch on flametal spires, and performance issues with grausten build pieces are also in the patch.
