EITR Refinery not unlocking - help

Everywhere i look online it says the moment to pick up the Yggdrasil sap from the extractor you unlock the Eitr refinery. I have successfully extracted sap from the ygg roots and i did not get the recipe. I check in my crafting build menu and there is no refinery there. Do I need to make it from a different menu or do I need to use a different hammer other than the basic build hammer, or is my game just bugged?

I assume you have picked up every ingredient to build the refinery at least once. If so, then it sounds like a bug for sure.

As was mentioned, you need to pick up every unique ingredient at least once in order for it to unlock. So more than likely, make sure you've gotten at least 1 Black Marble, 1 Yggdrasil Wood and 1 Black Core. If it still doesn't populate then, definitely a bug. No special hammer needed or anything like that.
