actually, the correct answer is, after the ashlands, "a lot of waiting and complaining" is next.
Eg: Hearth & home bought tar pits
Mistlands bought fishing update (twice)
Frost caves bought Fenris armour.
Hildir's quest bought new locations, raids & world modifiers.
