Use a search engine , find a host that has some physical locations close to you.

"Game hosting" should work. Many of them are preconfigured to run Valheim.

If you have an extra PC lying around you can download the server tool from Steam for free.

You need to set up the config and forward ports on your router , but it's not too difficult.

If you end up paying for one, I recommend HostHavoc over something like Gportal. Gportal often lagged and would go down at random hours. I moved to HostHavoc and havent had any problems.
