Does someone know how to disable/turn off the Deer sound from game files?

Is this even possbile and "legal" to do? This should be only client side and i'm playing on my own anyway

1) Download a mod ( like e.g. www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/574 ) that modifiies the Deer sound;
2) Either like it or understand how it works and
3) Proceed with altering the mod with an empty sound file.

That mod looks pretty good actually. I dont have any mods, but that one looks worth a go. LOVE the descriptions on the mod page ...

Changes deer idle sounds from [crazy duck-monkeys] ....
Changes deer alert sounds from [the sound of a rubber chicken being stepped on] ....
Changes deer death sounds from [the simultaneous bellow of a dozen geese through a jet engine] ...
