fun? subjective and not possible to be answered as nobody here knows what YOU personally deem as "fun" fun aint a fixed defined thing thats the same for everyone you know?
Difficulty sorta scales the more folks you have in an area mind you! So you'll all have to pull your weight!
- fun is subjective
Solo requires more skill and attentiveness in combat and preparation, but the game moves at your pace, which is often a blessing in Valheim.
There's a lot to do in Valheim, and often you just want to do a lot, even if it's not necessary. And SP won't talk you into it if you've “wasted” an evening designing a roof or a barn for your boars. In MP, I only play with people who play at about my pace.
just be aware, the more bosses you kill the more events get activated. so always be at a certain level with armor/weapon and skills when you plan to kill the next boss.
