Yes, but the materials are in Mistlands

Both the black metal tower shield and Mistlands shield have better stats if you need blocking, not parrying.

Yes the carapace shield but you need to go to mistlands to get it which makes it tricky since you can´t parry starred seekers with the blackmetal shield but you still have to fight them in order to get that new shield.
