How to Remove Grass from World?
BEFORE COMMENTING:: I am looking for actual help, I just want to know if there is a way, mod/code alteration, something to remove vegetation, ALL grass vegetation.

UPDATE::
I've played this game since it came out, and moving the 'vegetation slider' all the way to lowest setting removed ALL grass, leaving just a green ground where grass should be. This is no longer the case, so finding mushrooms and dandelions are harder for those who do not want it to be, and for those like myself who get easily dizzy with some textures/models/etc it has made it very hard to play because it does make me very dizzy. I ENJOYED the game more with the vegetation off, and now that is no longer an option. I am asking if there is another way to turn it off, an alteration to game code, a mod, anything because my ENJOYMENT of this game has been significantly harder since the decision to no longer allow the complete banishment of vegetation with the vegetation slider. I'm not playing this on a server, I am by myself or in tandem with my husband.

Previous post::
Hi, I've always played velhiem with the lowest settings, mostly because I don't like spending hours grinding resources I just wanna have some fun on my single player or duoing with my hubby, and also because the grass, especially the new flowy texture REALLY makes me dizzy and is very uncomfortable visually for me. I end up nauseous after just a few minutes of playing with it turned on. Usually this wasn't an issue as the lowest setting got rid of the main texture, so win on both fronts, however with the newest update it no longer gets rid of grass on the lowest texture setting. Is there any way to disable grass texture? I just cannot play with it on, even if I were willing to put the extra grind time in, a few minutes and I'm done. It was an option before, but no more and no mods exist, that I have found, that will do it.

Makes sense that its not a texture and therefore isnt tied to the setting. Have you tried the details slider?

Ok, let's clarify some things:
Graphical details are not tied to difficulty settings. So, if you change graphical details (Settings) you will not change the difficulty of the game.
Vice versa World Modifiers are there to change the difficulty of the game, they will not change the graphical details or any visual or sound setting in the game.

So, if you want to change the grass to go away, you need to move the Vegetation slider in the Graphics settings window all to the left. Again, this has NO impact on the rest of the game, let alone the difficulty.

I hope that helps.

Edit: AFAIK The grass model hasn't changed since I started playing, and that was just after Hearth and Home. There is really no texture on it. It's all green. If you see something different, I suggest, you might want to check your computer. Maybe update the graphics driver.

If you put the Vegetation slider all the way to the left, it's not going to remove all the grass like it was before, now there is still some grass visible.

The OP is likely referring to the lower vegetation setting that made ground resources like mushrooms easier to see from a distance. Therefore, that graphical setting DID make the game easier. The OP is also correct that there is currently no way to adjust that setting anymore.

Thank you, no one else who's answered seems to even understand the question!
