Sort of, anyway.

You can talk "normal" to people who are near you. But the moment you need to talk to them and they are at some distance, you will need to use "/s" for each and everything to shout out. Otherwise they simply won't be able to read it.

So with that in mind, if you have your own discord or teamspeak server, use that as it makes things a lot easier.
