Report a translation problem
1: We already have to explore and move farther out to even set up a teleporter in the first place.
2: the Challenge of this isnt really a challenge and more of a tedium, im alright with giving us a challenge to work for stuff but this is more just tedious chore work and a time eater for no real value. Boat trips are non eventful and nothing happens durring them. and unlike smelting ores which is also an activity involved with waiting, at least durring that you can do other things. but as of right now, Boat travel is auto piloting a mount back to base for 20+ minutes
3: If you are afraid of people getting ores back to base to fast then make it so you cant build teleporters and they are found in the world and you make an item that links to teleporters together. This way it incentives Exploration still while also making teleports actually useful.
4: also if you are afraid of people getting ores to fast then don't allow world hopping, because as of right now its more efficient to boot up a new world run to an ore farm it, log out and log back in other server in your base and put ore in chest. so why not just let people teleport ores?
5: Honestly Just add a server toggle when making a server. allow players to choose tp ores or not, everyone wins

Like, you can't even build with stone without carrying 2 iron bars with you to make a Stonecutter
Exactly the game discourages you leaving a base, because if you go out mine all that ore and die on your way back or spend 2 hours hauling back to (where most players probably build their first base in the begging area) you are exhausted. I see no added value to this limitation other than annoyance.
There's a Mod for that
I hope the merchant will have bars for sale in the near future
1) Use a mod
2) Cheese maps
yeah because the game has no content other than Death Stranding Simulator disguised as a viking building game.
If TPing ores will break the game, then why even have TP's in the first place? if the point is to make it so exploring is dangerous and you want to incentive players making hubs, then why even have a tp structure and make them walk EVERY time? wanna bring your wood to new location use the carts then ... why limit only one type of resource but not the rest?
I'm fine if they wanna make carts useful and have you make roads, but if that is the goal then remove TP's entirely or make them random spawns and not player built.
Otherwise why limit only one type of resource? it just seems tedious than actual value added
