Your most creative options of hiding the hottub.

I don't like it, it's bloody massive, but does add 2 comfort.

And you can't hide it under the floor, because you need access to add wood.

So can I see your efforts at hiding it? Mine are mediocre.

All my comfort items are in the bed room so that sleeping gives me max rested bonus. The hot tub goes in the bathing room that is adjacent to the bed room.

That's not a new idea. In our old house, before we downsized after the kids were all on their own, the master bed room had its own master bath room. The master bathroom had all the usual stuff plus a garden tub and a spa shower. The kids used the main/guest bath that was at the end of the hall that separated their bed rooms. It had an enclosed tub and shower.

I destroy part of the wall and put the hot tub in a way that the chimney is outside and the bathing part is inside. Then i snap the wall back.

On a serious note I agree with you. Looking for pointers as well. I think the comfort range as well as the upgrades to the forge and workbench need a serious overhaul.

Build a raised stone floor around it and throw a fish in there.

built it into the chimney so the add fire hole pokes out next too the bed on secound floor. also stacked all the comfort items into the bathtub

I like to put it in a large bedroom. Sometimes with its own chimney, sometimes against a wall and I manage to get the built in chimney to clip out and directly exhaust outside.

Also, you don't need to have all comfort items always in range. A +10 bonus is probably enough to get anything done during the day.

Oh all are welcome in my hot tub. There's been lots of feedback about the upgrades, mostly in the distances involved (why can't you have an anvil next to bellows?). So I hope it's on the cards.

Makes me think I could make it look like a sink, still have the problem of refuelling tho (guessing you got the butt end sticking out the other side).

My hottub is outside the bedroom/building, but near the bed so the comfort bonus applies; with little roof. So I can take a bath while watching the sunset.

Make the interior floor taller than the tub's top (block foundation).
Poke the fire out the side of the building.

Having a void under the floor can also allow you to hide workbench and forge additions.
I usually tuck a stone crafting bench under there too. And an old fenring trophy for the tailypo (just in case).
