I need your help, friend and I want to play this game on separate time of day but we need to keep one PC running all day, is there option to make server 24/7 that we can join anytime.

Google how to setup a valheim dedicated server, pretty easy to find a guide and easy to follow it

Running the server app still needs a 24/7 machine but it's way less impact than running the actual game 24/7, just a command line window you can minimise and leave in the background. You can install it on an old laptop or hire a commercial server for a few bucks a month.
