Odin items as paid dlc later on?

Could we get the odin stuff later on as a paid dlc? (even if it where to be like a year or 2 after the full game releases or such)
I really like this game and im hopeing to be able to get the hood and cape

That's only available to early supporters, and how it should remain. If they were to add something like it, just make something new and make it DLC. I remember some game dev did make an exclusive come back and it annoyed a lot of players due to it, can't remember which specifically, possibly Blizzard.

Not a fan of locked content like that but in this case its pretty fair.

Its always gonna be in grey area but whats the point of a cosmetic item that indicates you are this or that (early adopter, mod/admin, dev etc) if everyone could wear it. Just play and if you fancy better drip mod the game.

Having something similar, but not the same, would be a decent compromise, but I don't think even that needs to happen.

An exclusive coming back as an available-for-everyone would, indeed, make (some of) those who earned the items annoyed, and they would be justified in feeling that way.

It's pretty insulting that there's an item that exists solely for people who were aware of the game before others. Even if it's a useless item.

i personally disagree as you could bring back said items after a set period of time and have it be a paid dlc so ppl that missed out can still get it but have to pay for said things and the early adopters get it for free and for a few years or so as an exclusive to them that way most ppl should still be happy. no matter what it will upset ppl there is no winning fully but with this potential way to go about things most ppl should be happy in the end.
early adopters get to brag and have it for a few years then all get it and voila yes some adopters will b mad but they got it for free and had a period of exclusiveness and honesty i feel like alot of those ppl wil just be done bragging or caring by that point. again my opinion but i do feel lie this way it resolves most things

Don't see how that's an issue ? They were the first to help the developers test the earliest playtest. The only thing that would be insulting is if they made it non-exclusive anymore because some people want an item designed for early supporters.

This is the developers thank you for the people who were there from the get-go.

Or just make a different design if they were to make a paid DLC. It's just a way to recognise who was there earliest, that's it. And the amount of times you use "bragging" to describe those people is just weird. I don't have the items but i really couldn't care less, like i said, it was the developers way of saying thank you. Then again, looking at the cosmetics, they look pretty bad, so idk.

That's how early backers DLCs work. I've never met anyone using it, even less "brag" about it. It's literally a tier 1 armor.

On another note, an official DLC would have to be freaking amazing for me to consider buying it given the host of mods that add great content to the game.
