Portals not working

Maybe this is just me. Just got back into the game and build two portals. Both named "test", all lower case. Tried different locations and distances but the wont work. Both say "connected" but nothing happens. I'm not carrying any items that can't pass through the portals. any help would be appreciated, thanks.

What mods are you running?

When you go through the portal,
1) Does it light up?
2) Does it give a message?

If it gives a message, and just says "Blocked" and nothing about "An item you are carrying," then open your console, type in "noportals". If it gives a message that portals are re-enabled, that was your issue.

If you don't have admin access, then ask the server admin to do so.

Umop-apisdn- I have Unrestricted Ports and Teleportable Wagons. I've tried it with them and without them. Other mods aren't for portals.

sartek - the runes light up after they say they're "connected. I get a brief animation but walking near them does nothing. I'll give the console commands a try in a bit.

When you do walk through them, does any message appear in yellow text on screen?

Also, since you are using mods, if you could check the BepInEx log window when you try to walk through them just to make sure there aren't any Errors (in red) or Warnings (in yellow), that might help.

AN alternative to that mod which I've been using (and is based off that mod) is AdventureBackpacks. Really nice.
