Library. Right click on Valheim, hover over the "Manage" selection, click on browse local files. Delete everything inside this folder.
Now you'll need to verify installation to get fresh files.
Navigate back to the Library if you weren't still there. Right click on Valheim, this time click on properties. Local Files. Verify Integrity.
Not in the installation folder, which is why I said you can safely purge the installation folder.
To answer your question, though, you can open your profile, click the "Settings" tab, and then click the "Browse Profile Folder" to go to your Mods file location.
