Hey, that Fenris hair. Does that stuff respawn, or is it one time only?

I think it's still safe to assume that stuff doesn't repopulate.
I do remember seeing some update for mistlands saying something would repopulate though. Don't remember what specifically it mentioned that would repop either.

I'm pretty sure there was no mention of anything else other than the mistland specific thing(s) though.

I don't believe that the Frost Caves respawn the fenris hair. Be sure to use your bow to get down any fenris hair that is hanging from the ceiling as well as the hair that is actually hanging down and can be gotten by pressing E. Sometimes you can also get the hair by slashing it when it's not that high upon the ceiling and can't be gotten by pressing E.

Yeah, this. Knock down every dark curtain you see and you'll get more of it. Go ahead and knock down the red ones too. Red jute makes for a nice decoration.

Update: Oh god. THe caves are rare and the hair is worse. Why can't you get hair from like, any of the enemies that should drop it? Why do they only drop teeth! This ♥♥♥♥ sucks!

I thought the same at first, but caves are not that rare, just sometimes hard to spot. After visiting 5 or 6 caves you'll be swimming in hair!!
