Obvious tips:
- Be rested
- Have the best food. For me this would be 1 Health, 1 Stamina, 1 Eitr
- Have the best available equipment
I was also using Eikthyr's power for being more mobile. Staff of protection works wonders. Feather cape is almost a must. Fire magic and bombs take care of everything. It doesn't take long to defeat her, IMO.
Honestly, the Queen's my favorite boss so far ...
Anyway, she's actually pretty easy and fun. I like that she gets more "moves" as her health degrades. It forces you to adapt a bit during the fight. I never tried her with magic, I just tanked her with mistland gear.

However, if you want her power (increased mining damage to rocks and increased Eitr regen), you'll want to nab her head.
