Mob proof bridge designs?

I've been looking for a mob proof bridge for my moat that also allows me to draw a cart across. I've tried a couple ones I found online but it either didn't let me use my cart properly or it let mobs across. I also sometimes need to build one with an incline, which I'm not sure is possible to mobproof. Does anyone know where I can find some good designs?

For a cart most people use double wooden gates or a barrier of some sort that doesn't block but does block the mobs (like 2x1 stone pieces, you can just remove them when you're bringing your cart through)

For an incline I use stairs. If your cart is heavy you'll need to pop Eikthyr or build a few chests to dump your stuff into when you climb up. You can get a shallower incline with a hoe but it's time consuming and usually looks bad.

This is my go to bridge. While its not immune to damage it works for 99% of the situation. Keeps mobs out and carts cross easy. its made with mostly 1m and 2 m wood The Gap is enough to keep the mobs from pathfinding unless they are all bunched up and get pushed but its only happened once. the gap itself is a 1m space and as long as your moving.. walking or running its no issue to get across. you can even stop on it but the point is to get across and keep mobs off. Be sure when you build it to keep the 1m plankside on the Mob side of the Moat.
