finding trolls

Do any of you know how to easily find trolls, or lure them towards you??? i am trying to get troll armour, therefore i need troll hide. we need allot since i am playing with my brother. Thankyou if you comment on this post.

Go into the black forest and look for Troll caves, I suspect there are trolls there.

Go to the Black Forests, make a lot of noise and visit some caves ;)

Alternatively, build a base near the Black Forests and make sure you stay put for more than 45 minutes and the Trolls will come find you!

Lists possible spawns. If you find a random troll in the woods and no troll cave near by, it will be a troll spawner and should have one up every few game days.

Take a Krave and sail along coastlines, troll caves are often right on the edge or visible deeper in the forest.

mining and chopping trees in black forrest usually does the trick for me to make them find me. usually taking 2 to 3 in game day for them to respawn aswell

Trolls will spawn near copper deposits and troll caves you can also go inside the troll cave and usually find a troll. Even after you have killed the troll inside the troll cave another can spawn outside the troll cave 3 game days later but no trolls will move back into a cleared troll cave.

You can also kill a troll and the elder and just hang out inside your base and wait for troll raids. 2 will spawn per raid and if you go outside the raid circle to kill them the raid timer pauses. When you've killed those 2 trolls you can go back inside the raid circle and 2 more will spawn. Rinse and repeat until the raid timer expires.

Easy. Build a base on the edge of a black forest or in it. When you notice your rested buff fade away keep building. Once your food expires a troll or two will show up to admire what you've built so far.

Finding troll caves is easy indeed, but you guys forget that if they're at the stage where they need to craft troll armor, it won't be easy for them to fight trolls in their lairs.

For me personally, the tactic against trolls were hit and run, when I was low level and that's hard to do in a cave. So they're better off wondering the black forest.

Abyssal Razor sneak attack almost one shots a troll, even at like 10 skill.

IF he has a razor yes. Was talking about my own experience. In my "troll age" of game I still didn't dare to go that deep into ocean to farm chitins but yeah, if your sneak is good it's doable

F12 with active steam. This will put screenshot in steam's shot's folder
