If an enemy such as gjall has destroyed structures or containers belonging to dvergr, the loose loot on the ground is free for the taking.
You likely won't even need to actively lure gjall to kill dvergr. It's almost inevitable to happen naturally unless there are multiple high level dvergr (especially mages and healers) guarding a tower. The mining/quarrying camps are much more vulnerable and they too often contain a box for extractor.
so yeah. easy to not anger them and still get the stuff. the creates also contain some soft tissue which is otherwise only found as random drop from dvergr (only 1 mostly) and inside giant skulls which are pretty rare overall compared to other ore deposits.
Personally I wish you could just buy Dvergr extractors from Haldor, even if they cost something like 5000 coins, and then you can't even teleport them back.
Just open another session/seed, get to a place where there's a chest, or just craft one, drop off your non-teleporting loot, log out then log back in to your regular game, get to where you want to teleport your loot to, then log out again and log back in to your alternate seed, grab your gear, log out, then finally log back in to your regular game. Drop off your loot...done!
