Without it, it is conceivably possible to do the Mistlands, but it would be extremely difficult.
The run I am on now is from a world I started in early fall, then stopped playing before killing Yagluth. When Mistlands was fully released, I resumed playing it, killed Yagluth, and got the new materials. So it is possible to get the materials from a pre-Mistlands release generated-world.
I would contact the devs for advice. There may be a way they can restore the items or a previous save.
Best of luck.
you need to enable console in steam valheim properties
then press F5 in game
type "devcommands"
then type "debugmode"
Then type:
spawn (item name) (quantity xx) (Item level xx)
Should look like this
Spawn torn spirit 03 00
Although, if this was messed up there is a good chance other stuff is too. A new world might be better.
Same for me.
So I have a glitch. :(
Will the character be labeled "cheater" or something after that?
We had this 2 times.
This is exactly what happened to you.
Fortunately for you, your altar wasn't near sea level like ours. No chance of getting that out. The problem is well known and has been addressed several times way before Mistlands, but apparently they are more busy fixing things that aren't broken.
But what am I talking about, no one is interested anyway.
Ive lost the new extracted crafting material under the indestructible nearby object and digging a pit under it let me recover them, but there are times when things are trapped beyond all reach.
Tearing stuff up in your home, you also get stuff popping under the floor or above the ceiling, its there but you have to look for it sometimes.
Interesting. I'm glad you figured it out !!
