Food? No. You're not thinking straight.

Several hundred arrows and a couple of bows, they will break.
You'll get 2-3 shotted there with best armor and food anyways.

If you have a friend, have them bring a fully upgraded tower shield for the ruins to block while you keep arrowing your way forward.

If you see a purple seeker, just accept your death.

The glazed honey chicken is amazing food. I don't use the eggs much. The eggs are used for a stamina food but since the salad recipe is so easy for x3 at a time and salad is such a great stamina food i never use the eggs.

honestly i am a bit let down by chicken and eggs, not using them in my food rotation at all. having finished the mistlands, my food setup is:

1. meat platter (replacing wolf jerky)
2. blood pudding
3. lox meat pie

the honey glazed chicken is the same as meat platter, but meat platter uses seeker meat, hare meat, and lox meat, which are all easily renewable. chicken meat must be "grown," which is more micro and base space than just going out and killing the right mobs.

the problem with mushroom omelette is its only a 25 minute food, so it doesnt sync up with the 30 minute foods.

so, unless you dont want to use the meat platter, i would say chickens are pretty irrelevant. if you dont use meat platter, then i would favor chicken meat over eggs. 3 eggs to make 1 omelette isnt as good as 1 chicken to make 1 honey glazed chicken.

Seekers hit like a truck, but are easy to deal with as long as you get the first crack at them with the atgeir. I've only fought the no-stars and 1-stars so far. But one secondary swipe followed by a jab (or two with the no-stars) is a pretty easy method. I just have to avoid that initial death from above lol.

Parrying them with sword and board is doable also but I do take shots here and there and it can sometimes wreck me. Atgeir is awesome, at least before the new weapons, which I haven't gotten to yet.

Mistland supreme gives 85 hp and 28 stam , meat platter 80 and 26 stam same as serpent stew but this last 30 mins
All mistland foods have 25mins of duration ( well , seeker aspic 30m )
I see in you diet not a good combo in general ... There is better options if you dont care about 25-30 mins
