There are new types of fish baits for different fishes. It makes fishing needlessly hard. Because it's hard to match fish with the correct bait. I already cooled off about fishing...
I think the description says you only need one of the listed fish to make a raw fish.
I never had to I could just take one and click it and I'd get X amount of raw fish, I think it's trying to say that you *can* use any of those rather than *must* use all of those.
So i think it just tells you, it can use all 3. try hitting work or what ever its called and see if its starts.
The sheer amount of fish you can get now, makes it worth the effort. Fish Wraps used to be an absolute slog to make. Now its a breeze. Get a quality 3 fish, you are netting over 8 raw fish.
Also the recipe is universal, it only takes one of any fish. It goes from perch down the list, so simple fish such as perch or pike are used first then others.
Well, it's nice to know that they did fix that bug before pushing Mistlands to live.
Or the one where they jump on land? mind you, they dont do it that offen but it happens.
The one about them not being able to be picked up. Fish getting stuck on land was never considered a bug, as far as I know (thus why they're programmed with the option for you to pick them up by hand when beached - a way to still have a rare chance of having fish before you can get access to proper fishing gear).
Might the three kinds of fish relate to the kinds of water they are in? Lake vs ocean vs river?
I only really made it up to the swamp with the beta but it seems that Haldor's bait is only useful for the meadows, the other baits appear to be crafted from biome specific trophy drops.
When they won't take the bait try the bait from the biome.
