Resource picking

I have to click twice to pick up a resource that is not from hunting. Resources from hunting, I have to find the items and click on them.
Is there a way to make resources automatically be put into inventory when you stand on the spot of the prey?
And is it possible to only have to use 1 click to pick up a stone, a branch, or harvest raspberries? As it is now, it is almost impossible for me to pick resources during night since the first click moves the item, and when it is dark, I can't find where it rolled to.

Yeah. hit V you turned off autoloot.
Things normally just pop into your inventory unless you turn it off by hitting v or if your overweight.

There is a key to turn auto-loot on and off, though I don't remember what it is since it's on by default and I've never turned it off. Check your keybindings. Also, auto-loot range in this game is very tiny. You just have to loot an interactable once and then make sure to get close enough to auto-pick it up.
