Anyone know where to fish up the Tetra?

I've gone down the new fishing bait tree and am only missing one fish. I looked it up and apparently its the Tetra. I assume i use the cold bait you make with the tuna. It implys you get it out of frost caves but the lakes that spawn dont have water or fish. Does anyone know whats up with this? Or maybe i find the tetra somewhere else? If anyone has caught one i'd love to know

Maybe try fishing in the Deep North. I have been sailing around up there looking for more Mistlands and I have seen fish jumping about (didn't have my pole at the time so not sure).

There's a small chance for water to be down in an ice cave. That's where you can find it. It might take many tries to find a cave with water though.

So i have to get lucky to find not only the Ice cave lake i also then have to be lucky and hope that the Ice cave lake spawns with water?

I've seen a couple of posts here and there about finding ice fish, one even saying they don't spawn at ALL. Anywhere.

Ofc that isn't hard evidence but it may just be that their existence is kinda bugged right now. Might have to wait for a fix.

I've searched many caves without luck, maybe its a seasonal thing and when its summer in the northern hemisphere the frozen lakes in the caves will thaw...

Argh, i am basicly done with frost caves so going back there or going through like 20 caves hoping to find one fish is a bit ridiculous.
