Does exactly that. Wouldnt want to play without a similar mod tbh, game takes enough of your time as it is without sorting thru chests every trip back.

same Mod
https://valheim.thunderstore.io/package/Nexus/SimpleSort/
Lets you sort player and container inventory by name, weight, or value using hotkeys, or automatically on open.
works with Mistlands i use it and 60 other Mods they all work.... fine
Oh nice!
I had the sorting mod after item names only, this is way better
"Valheim Plus" is a MUST HAVE! The game is tedious as hell without it IMO and it fixes a lot of issues I had with the game from drop rates, to inventory and storage size, to how fast skills are gained, how much metal can be placed into a furnace and how fast it cooks off, how much wood you can fit in a kiln and how fast it cooks off, disables teleport restrictions... The list of what Valheim Plus is capable of can go on and on but it "fixes" the issues I have always had with the games mechanics in a single mod.
Also "No More Sea Sickness" which completely disables vertical camera bob while sailing, and "Surtling Boats" to make them WAY faster at the cost of surtling cores makes them actually useful (aint no one got 2-3 RL hours to sails somewhere... yawn...) I would call all MUST have mods, the game IMO is unplayable without them.

Honorable mention is "Plant Everything" making mushrooms and berries growable.

These are the ones that are top notch and will give you a metric ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of satisfaction for gameplay.
Journey to Valhalla (Thunderstore Mod Manager) - Its basically a modder who went "I'm not waiting for mistlands, deep north, and ashlands" and made them all himself and added in a ton of new enemies for the old biomes, items, and incorporated a bunch of other ♥♥♥♥ from other modders. I HIGHLY recommend getting it. With a single click, it downloads the 23 necessary mods to run it.
Unrestricted portals - Will remove the ability to not go through portals while carrying ore. Its a big one for a time saver if you don't want to carry ♥♥♥♥ back and forth for five years. Some people might find this immersion breaking, but don't kid yourself. You'll be able to carry about a single stack of ore initially and when you're trying to take 10 stacks back and forth, you'll want to blow your brains out eventually with the constant waste of time.
Thats it. Those are the ones that really made it for me.
ConfigurableAutosave https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/199
-Disable the autosave and eliminate the hitching forever.
Bigger Pickup Radius https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/62 set to 3 in config allows for item pickups closer to your max reach range.
Use equipment in water https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/121 set to only allow the hammer to allow building in water.
First person view https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/44 set FP FOV to 70 for personal preference.
Slope Hit Fix https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/727?tab=files fixes a huge combat issue the devs dont seem to know how to fix.
Discard Inventory items https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/45?tab=files Use the 0.1.0 version which allows for easy discard of any item permanently and works on any game build unlike the newer versions of the mod that try to give resources for items discarded.
Interact while building https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/106/?tab=description clears up minor build annoyances of opening doors and stuff.
Grass tweaks https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/306 set ClutterDistance = 180 for really nice looking world with no FPS impact on my rig of GTX 1080 6850K skylake for reference.
Quite Crafting https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/1990/?tab=posts set Hammer Volume = 20 repairing sound at workbench is now balanced properly
Custom Audio https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/90 allows for this mod to work Realistic animal sounds https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/574
Does this fix also not being able to hit stumps that are close to ground?
That mod is broken as f***. Makes large mobs miss you, and custom mobs will also have thier attacks broken. Its basicly a "I win mod".
