Cheat codes removed?

Hey everyone. I'm playing solo (not on a server) and I've died three times in the swamp, losing all of my original and back-up gear. I know, I stink. But, I just don't have the patience to reacquire my root armor, bronze armor and troll armor, so I was going to use devcommands to turn on ghost until I get my stuff back.

I'm using the F5 key to bring up the panel and that works fine, but it doesn't seem to recognize any of the commands many of you seem to be using. All I can do is kick a player, wave, and other useless commands that don't help me.

What am I missing? Thanks for the help. I've hit a brick wall that has sucked the joy out of the game for me.

did you type in "devcommands" hit enter, then type the command you want?

You may have to turn on console in start up, its "-console " in the steam launch options

If you are playing on a public server you may not be authorized to use admin commands on that server. If you are the host, you can search the web for how to setup admin authorization.

Most server hosting sites such as GP should have a server interface with this option available to the owner to add or remove admin powers from specific steam ID or user names.

Go into the launch options for Valheim in Steam, ensure -console is listed.

Then once in game, hit F5 and type devcommands, then hit enter.

The you should be able to spawn in everything you need. :)

if you want level 4 steel armor i have an extra set all so shield and sword all max level, JACofAllBlades
