Removal of Maypole & crown with bug fixes

Explaining away content as season specific seems a bit silly given you are dead in the after life. Your not wandering around watching the leaves turn, it's the afterlife.

Devcommands, unfortunately. It's a seasonal thing, which kinda sucks in a non-MMO.

I love using the crown to make flower arrangements on tables. :)
