Draugr Spawed in Muddy scrap pile
I destroyed a Body pile along with the Draugr there but still died from an Archer I could not see. when back and the arrows definitely coming from the Muddy Scrap Pile.

Don't think I can tank that and break down the pile so Just have to move on to a new Crypt.

You could try using one a few times and see if the Draugr is affected. Just be prepared with good food and some healing available should you have to retire fast.

Thanks this did the job and I have new tool for clearing dungeons.
Thanks

I remember that i did have that as well, a draugr spawn inside a scrap pile and they were stuck but still just attacking, i see that it still happens ? My advice would be to get a shield, or just dodge roll their arrows and then just burst them down. Of course i'd assume it's not as simple as that in your situation but that's all i can offer.

I find stagbreaker to be super useful in dungeons. It is very effective against skellies in burial chambers and bats in frost caves... and you can use it to kill blobs and draugrs on the other side of mud piles in sunken crypts.

Indeed, Stagbreaker ( and later Iron Sledge) are very useful in crypts, especially since it can hit enemies behind obstacles, allowing you to clear Draugr and body piles before destroying scrap piles. It's pretty cheesy though.

Fortify yourself with the best food you have and If the Stagbreaker doesn't work (I don't see why it wouldn't) retreat, heal up then go in with your pickax and break up the mudpile until you expose the Draugr within. Then you can take it out. Maybe dinner and a movie and if you play your cards right, you might even get lucky.

I've had that happen too. It was too far from the door for the stagbreaker to work. I had to run in, use pick ax and run out. Luckily, one hit popped him out of the geometry. Then I could equip my shield and deal with him as normal.
