There are two Stamina restoring Meads. One of them restores Stamina very quickly with very little drawback. The other one is Tasty Mead.
But 10 mins ? Thats broken man isnt a buff type me/ad its a regeneration blast potion ( a little kind stamina potion WITHOUT COOLDOWN)
Take a Troll for that(the log one is best, he swings like a mother trucker), The Elder is also good as wood and stone chopper.
Tasty Mead's duration is so short, one could just easily avoid combat to regen stamina naturally. It doesn't hardly save any time at all, it's stamina effect would be gone in a few hits again anyhow, and (in my case) any time saved is lost trying to be safe enough out of combat to fumble for it in my inventory and be half regenerated anyhow.
Its essential value is mainly table decoration, it seems ... (although I am trying to mod it as a food for some modded NPCs.)
