Fenris hood not showing up in workbench

The hood item requires a trophy item for discovery... Which after slaughtering nearly 100 cultists (not an exaggeration I've raided over 10 caves) still has not dropped for me :(
...I feel the pain of the grind but at least I have enough fur to fully upgrade the set.

My first mountain I found 3 caves, got 54 fenris fur, 2 cultist trophy, 2 ulv trophy, 15 claws.

You need a cultist head. It may or may not drop. Like murlocs, cultists may or may not have heads.
